*John Tureene, nationally recognized and award-winning chef, will
share his exceptional culinary talents with us for this wonderful
event. John brings a host of knowledge and skill, he, with the
help of Alice Waters (Chez Panisse) transformed all twelve of Yale
University’s dining halls so students are now provided with an organic
and sustainable dining experience. He continues to be a leading
innovator and consultant for schools and businesses, bridging the
gap between conventional and sustainable dining programs.
