Gardens:

1. “Plum Row”
Beyond the stone wall lies boxwood lined beds featuring an interesting collection of perennials and shrubs with gravel paths and stone steps leading to a raised bed herb garden.

2. “Among Tall Pines”
A garden oasis surrounded by a canopy of massive White Pines and Norway Spruce is the perfect setting for specialty plantings and creative architectural features.

3. “The Wild Child”
This sunny hillside garden has been “tamed” a bit since the 2006 tour as the owner’s enthusiasm for experimenting continues with new plantings and decorative elements.

4. “A Well-Accented Garden”
This garden, flowing with ever-changing beds, is an eclectic mix of herbaceous and woody species, strewn with surprises of whimsical décor.

5. “Four Seasons”
Care has been taken in these gardens to ensure something is always going on through the seasons of the year and that they provide a relaxed yet organized feeling.

6. “New Pond Farm”
Actress Carmen Mathews transformed her 102-acre property into an environmental center and working farm that features rolling pastures, plus perennial, herb and vegetable gardens.

7. “ Rabbit’s Rest”
Enter a fairy tale world of your childhood, a secluded secret garden, cool green and ferny – with something to delight the eye at every turn.

8. “Clemens Chef’s Garden”
The Chef’s Garden is inspired by European and Colonial kitchen door gardens, comprised of raised beds, planters and containers that supply specialized herbs, heirloom vegetables and fruits for the restaurant kitchen.
